Boardman's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for West Branch, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

The Spartans will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.6 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. West Branch will take on Alliance in a holiday battle at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Aviators have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
