Simpkins made his presence known in Monroe's 76-49 victory
While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Bryson Simpkins. In one of his most outstanding performances to date, he scored 13 points along with seven rebounds, making Tuesday's game his highest-scoring outing yet this season.
Simpkins and Monroe won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Anson at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th.
