Basketball Recap: Ten Straight Home Victories for Johnson City

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Johnson City walked away with it. They enjoyed a cozy 50-35 win over the Chenango Valley Warriors on Sunday. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won seven in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Annabel Burke, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024. Aliya Hankey was another key player, shooting 46% from the field on her way to 15 points and eight boards.
