Volleyball Recap: Hopewell-Loudon Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hopewell-Loudon lost against Calvert back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chieftains lost 3-0 to the Senecas.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-19, 25-14.

Lily Brickner paced Hopewell-Loudon's offense, picking up four kills. Brickner got some help from Alexis Fedele and her five assists. Emery Siebenaller controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Hopewell-Loudon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Calvert, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Hopewell-Loudon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Old Fort on the 21st. After both having extra time off, Calvert and Danbury will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
