North Fort Myers won the last time they faced Barron Collier and things went their way on Thursday too. The Red Knights came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 5-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Kaliyah Williams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up 11 Ks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.2 strikeouts per game.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Abigail Hynes, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Mia Lane was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.

North Fort Myers' victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Barron Collier, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
