Basketball Recap: Octorara Area Finds Home Court Redemption Against Spring Grove

There's no place like home for Octorara Area, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 56-48 win over the Spring Grove Rockets on Tuesday.

When it comes to explaining why Spring Grove lost, don't look at Ky'Sier Ludvig. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-8 to rack up 17 points and six rebounds. Those 17 points gave Ludvig a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Owen Renda, who posted eight points.

Octorara Area's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Spring Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-14.

Octorara Area didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 51-45 loss against Lampeter-Strasburg on the 27th. Spring Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
