Softball Recap: Dumas Drops Season-High Score on Drew Central

Dumas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Drew Central Pirates, falling 23-5. On the bright side, the five- run performance marked the Bobcats' highest-scoring game to date.

Dumas' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Drew Central, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-12.

Coming up, Dumas will take on Rison at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Drew Central, they will head out to square off against Smackover at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Buckaroos will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight.
