Volleyball Recap: Woodbridge Takes a Loss

Woodbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Portola Bulldogs. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 21-25, 25-14.

Woodbridge's loss dropped their record down to 8-12-1. As for Portola, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Woodbridge will venture away from home to take on Irvine at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Portola, they will head out to square off against University at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
