Aiden Ross posted a new career-high in runs on Wednesday. He scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long.

Ross' strong effort led Fayette Ware over Haywood and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
