Softball Recap: Arcadia Comes Up Short

Arcadia came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-2 to the Homer Pelicans. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Hornets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Arcadia now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Homer, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-8.

Coming up, Arcadia is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Dodson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Homer, they will take on Union Parish at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
