Gonzales not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 4, 2024 (when they won 48-12). Everything went their way against the Marion Bulldogs as they made off with a 51-27 win. The Apaches haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

When it comes to explaining why Marion lost, don't look at Kade Pape. Despite the final result, he threw for 162 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 32 yards and one TD.
