Volleyball Recap: North Kitsap Takes a Loss

North Kitsap was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Ridgeline Falcons.

Ridgeline's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Madison Hickman led the charge by getting 12 digs and one assist. Hickman has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played. Sophia Campbell was another key player, getting 11 assists and four aces.

North Kitsap's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ridgeline, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

North Kitsap didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Olympic on the 16th. As for Ridgeline, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Archbishop Murphy on the 13th.
