Soccer Game Preview: Cleveland vs. Granada Hills Charter

On Wednesday, Cleveland beat Taft 3-1.

Meanwhile, Granada Hills Charter kept a clean sheet against Chatsworth on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chancellors, sneaking past 1-0. Given the Highlanders' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 227th, while the Chancellors are ranked 584th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Granada Hills Charter is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those seven contests. As for Cleveland, their win bumped their record up to 7-3-3.
