Williamsburg put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 46-13 win over the McClain Tigers. The game marked the Wildcats' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Williamsburg was led to victory by Landon Hittle and Gray Robinson. Hittle gained 200 total yards and a touchdown, while Robinson rushed for 155 yards and one touchdown while picking up 9.7 yards per carry. What's more, Hittle racked up 110 receiving yards, the most he's had since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Troy Harris, who gained 54 total yards and two touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Williamsburg was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 369 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Williamsburg's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for McClain, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Williamsburg will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Roger Bacon at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for McClain, they will host Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Blue Lions have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matches.
