Volleyball Recap: Central Dauphin East Comes Up Short

Central Dauphin East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Middletown Blue Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Central Dauphin East ultimately came up short, they really made Middletown work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 26-24, 25-19.

Central Dauphin East's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Middletown, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0.

Central Dauphin East has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against William Penn on the 13th. As for Middletown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Twin Valley on the 9th.
