The Bonneville Bees will take on the Meridian Warriors in a tournament on Friday. Bonneville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.

Bonneville gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Borah by a score of 6-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bees.

Brock Bowman looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Taye Lords was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Carter Bowen also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Bonneville hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Meridian didn't have quite enough to beat Post Falls on Thursday and fell 4-3.

Bonneville now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Meridian, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
