Baseball Recap: Camp Point Central Comes Up Short

If Camp Point Central was feeling good fresh off their 14-3 takedown of Pleasant Hill/Western last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell just short of the Monmouth United Red Storm by a score of 5-4 on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 7-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.
