Volleyball Recap: Bishop Miege Gets the Win

Bishop Miege won the last time they faced Spring Hill and things went their way on Saturday too. The Stags came out on top against the Broncos by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stags.

Bishop Miege never let Spring Hill on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-10, 26-24.

Liv Stevens paced Bishop Miege's offense, picking up seven kills. Stevens got some help from Maryn Dean and her 15 assists. Dean was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-13. As for Spring Hill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Bishop Miege didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lansing on the 27th. As for Spring Hill, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Hayden on the 27th.
