Triton is a perfect 7-0 against Westover since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Triton will host Westover at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Triton and six for Westover.

Triton fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Scotland on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Fighting Scots by a score of 5-4.

Triton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Bates, who went 2-for-4 with one home run. That home run marked the first that Bates launched this season.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Westover's offense. They lost 10-0 to Jack Britt on Wednesday.

Triton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Westover, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Triton took their win against Westover when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-1. Will Triton repeat their success, or does Westover has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
