Soccer Recap: Ogden Wins High-Profile Match Against Union

Ogden faced Union in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Ogden never let Union get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Ogden haven't had any issues with Union recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Something new happened on Friday as Parley Gladwell saw his first action of the season, playing 60 minutes against Union. Gladwell made the most of the opportunity, putting up one assist A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.

Ogden pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those four games. As for Union, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.
