Softball Recap: Buckeye Central's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Buckeye Central had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Seneca East Tigers a 2-0 shutout. While the Bucks didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-8), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Buckeye Central's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Seneca East, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Buckeye Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
