Football Recap: Bear River Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bear River lost against Wheatland back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bruins came up short against the Pirates, falling 28-7. The game marked the Bruins' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Jayden Brock threw for 41 yards on eight of 17 attempts. Ty Cleek was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards. On the ground, Jaeden Waters rushed for 79 yards and one TD on only six carries.

Bear River's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Wheatland, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.
