Warren has gone 7-1 against Watson Chapel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Warren Lumberjacks will head out on the road to challenge the Watson Chapel Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. Warren is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.

Warren fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Stuttgart on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 9-5 to the Ricebirds. The Lumberjacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bryson Harris made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Antonio Jordan, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Watson Chapel). They walked away with an 8-5 win over Mills University Studies on Tuesday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Comets recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Watson Chapel back to even at 3-3. As for Warren, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.

Everything went Warren's way against Watson Chapel in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Warren made off with a 12-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Warren since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
