Basketball Recap: North Crawford Takes a Loss

North Crawford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 40-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kickapoo Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 423rd, while the Panthers are ranked 138th).

North Crawford's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Kickapoo, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Crawford will challenge Seneca at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. North Crawford is facing Seneca at the right time seeing as Seneca is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Kickapoo, they will head out to take on Weston at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
