Football Recap: Carmel Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Carmel, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They strolled past the Yonkers Bulldogs with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 20-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rams also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Carmel now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Yonkers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Carmel will challenge rival Arlington at 4:30 p.m. on May 6. Meanwhile, Yonkers is set to square off against their familiar foe North Rockland at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
