Softball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland fell victim to Barlow and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bruins, falling 6-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 13-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2021.

Cleveland saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sara Cass, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Cleveland has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-15 record this season. As for Barlow, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Cleveland nor Barlow have any future games scheduled.
