Baseball Recap: Buckeye Local's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Buckeye Local was forced to take a big loss against they on Friday, they got the better of them on Monday. They came out on top against the Weir Red Riders by a score of 7-4. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Buckeye Local's victory bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Weir, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-15.

Looking ahead, Buckeye Local will head out on the road to face off against Steubenville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Weir, they will host Wheeling Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Red Riders surely won't give up without a fight.
