Volleyball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Dubuque Senior Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dubuque Senior, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-5.

Washington has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Xavier on the 6th. As for Dubuque Senior, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Davenport Central on the 6th.
