It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Silsbee had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They were the clear victors by an 18-3 margin over the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns. Considering the Tigers have won 14 games by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Silsbee pushed their record up to 23-12 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Hamshire-Fannett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-18-2.

As of now, neither Silsbee nor the Longhorns have any future games scheduled.
