Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Lee Williams' strategy against Westview on Friday. The Volunteers blew past the Knights 35-10. The result was nothing new for the Volunteers, who have now won five matchups by 25 points or more so far this season.

One of the most notable was Lucas Leist, who rushed for 159 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. His longest rush was for an incredible 91 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Cronk, who picked up 113 receiving yards and two scores.

Friday's game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Jackson and Leist. Jackson just won't slow down this season and has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 169.7 rushing yards per game. Leist has been a dominant force too and has run in 14 touchdowns while averaging 166.7 rushing yards per game.
Bradshaw Mountain strolled past Lee Williams when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a score of 47-29. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
