Burke County won the last time they faced Josey and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Burke County Bears blew past the Josey Eagles 76-26. The match marked the Bears' most dominant win of the season.

Leading Burke County to victory were Omarion Cobb and La'Quinton Morgan. Cobb posted 11 points in addition to five assists and five steals, while Morgan almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine assists. That's the most assists Cobb has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kordell Williams, who went 5-for-7 en route to 12 points and six boards.

Burke County's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Josey, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Coming up, Burke County will face off against Laney at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Burke County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully Laney likes a good challenge. Josey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
