Volleyball Recap: Ball Takes a Loss

Ball lost against St. John back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tornadoes took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks.

Ball has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for St. John's, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.

Ball has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Alief Elsik on the 21st. As for St. John's, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Dickinson on the 21st.
