Basketball Game Preview: Lab Museum United vs. Luperon

Lab Museum United has won eight straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Luperon has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. Lab Museum United will welcome Luperon at 5:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Wednesday, Lab Museum United humbled Chelsea with a 68-41 victory. Given Lab Museum United's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 68th, while Chelsea is ranked 692nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Luperon blew past Inwood, posting a 93-64 victory. Luperon hasn't had any issues with Inwood recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Luperon's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Lab Museum United, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.

Everything went Lab Museum United's way against Luperon in their previous matchup back in February of 2018, as Lab Museum United made off with a 61-38 victory. Will Lab Museum United repeat their success, or does Luperon have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
