Harrisburg Gets a Boost from Mickens in 27-7 Win

Starting off the list is Harrisburg's Messiah Mickens, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Mickens rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards.

Harrisburg's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cougars takes on Central Dauphin East at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Bishop McDevitt picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nazir Jones-Davis. Jones-Davis did his part (and then some), rushing for 126 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.4 yards per carry for the 'W'. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August.

Bishop McDevitt pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Jones-Davis and Bishop McDevitt will take on State College on Friday.

Corkery Came Up Big in State College's 60-0 Win

Eddie Corkery's big game helped extend State College's winning streak to six on Friday. Corkery was unstoppable, throwing for 124 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes.
