Brooks will venture away from home to take on Clark at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Brooks' offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Amundsen on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 42-0 loss at the hands of the Vikings. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Clark also failed to score in their most recent game. They took a blow against Whitney Young on Friday, falling 47-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Dolphins are ranked 100th).

Brooks' defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Clark, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
