Preview: Colfax Bulldogs vs. Davenport Gorillas
Colfax is 9-1 against Davenport since January of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Colfax Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Davenport Gorillas at 7:30 p.m. Colfax will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
Colfax posted their closest victory yet this season on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Northwest Christian School out 66-64. Given Colfax's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while Northwest Christian School is ranked 101st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Davenport beat Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna 54-44 on Tuesday.
Colfax's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-0. As for Davenport, their win bumped their record up to 5-9.
