Basketball Recap: Southeast Lauderdale Tigers vs. Enterprise Bulldogs
The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers entered their tilt with the Enterprise Bulldogs with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Southeast Lauderdale breezed by the Bulldogs at home to the tune of 58-26 on Thursday. For Southeast Lauderdale, this counts as revenge for the 49-47 loss the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
When it comes to explaining why Enterprise lost, one person who can't be blamed is Makayla Sullivan. Despite the final result, she scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Sullivan has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.
Southeast Lauderdale has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-13 record this season. As for Enterprise, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-14.
Southeast Lauderdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Enterprise will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th. McLaurin has now lost 14 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 28.
