Callaway had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Terry Bulldogs on Thursday, sneaking past 40-37. Winning may never get old, but the Chargers sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Callaway got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jahanna Wilson out in front who posted 20 points and three steals. The matchup was Wilson's eighth in a row with at least 18 points. Jernae Ringgold was another key player, putting up 12 points and three steals.

Terry lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Madison Jones, who shot 63% from the field en route to 13 points along with five rebounds and five blocks. Jones is crushing it when it comes to blocks: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Maleah Young, who put up five points and five blocks.

Callaway's record now sits at 29-3. As for Terry, their loss dropped their record down to 20-8.

Callaway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-46 victory against West Jones on the 1st. Terry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
