Carmel proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Fishers Tigers 1-0. Quinn Wu had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Carmel.

Carmel's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Fishers, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-1-1.

Carmel and Fishers should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings. The Greyhounds (ranked eighth) will meet Lawrence North (ranked 76th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fishers will face off against Eastbrook at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (11 vs. 91).
