Galion had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Edison Chargers 4-2.

Galion pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games.
