Volleyball Recap: St. Pius X Takes a Loss

St. Pius X was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pembroke Hill Raiders. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 14-25, 25-23, 25-13.

St. Pius X's loss dropped their record down to 15-17-1. As for Pembroke Hill, they pushed their record up to 21-6-4 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home.

St. Pius X does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pembroke Hill, they will welcome Kearney at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
