Volleyball Recap: Athol Bears vs. Pittsfield Generals

They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Pittsfield Generals. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted since September 23rd.
Athol was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-10, 19-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-8.
Several Generals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alivia Alexander, who had five aces.
