Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Josh Taylor and Jason Judd Lead DASH to Victory

There's no place like home for DASH, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 67-55 victory over the Grovemont Spartans on Monday.

Leading DASH to victory were Jason Judd and Josh Taylor. Judd went 9 of 18 en route to 24 points, while Taylor almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 12 boards. That's the most points Judd has posted since back in November of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Bunn, who posted 11 points and four steals.

DASH is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Grovemont, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

DASH has already played their next contest, a 64-46 win against Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf on the 16th. As for Grovemont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 53-37 victory against Carolina Friends on the 16th.
