            Football Recap: Brandywine Bobcats vs. Manchester Flying Dutchmen        
        
		
        
        
            
After flying high against Benton Harbor  last Friday, Brandywine came back down to earth. The Bobcats were  outmatched by the Manchester Flying Dutchmen and fell  54-14.
 Despite the loss, Brandywine still got an impressive performance from   Kaeden Warfield, who rushed for 125 yards and two  TDs on only ten carries.
 Manchester can attribute much of their success to  Walter Ahrens, who rushed for 92 yards and one  touchdown on only 12 carries. That's the most  rushing yards  Ahrens has posted since back in October of 2024.
Brandywine's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Manchester,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 4-3.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brandywine will welcome Berrien Springs  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Manchester, they will challenge Grass Lake at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Flying Dutchmen will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36.86  points per  matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
