Volleyball Game Preview: Fairview Knights vs. Erie Tigers + How To Watch

Fairview is 0-3 against Erie since October of 2022 but things could change on Thursday. The Knights will welcome the Tigers at 6:15 p.m.

Fairview lost 3-0 to Holy Family on Tuesday.

Fairview took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Erie posted their closest win since August 21st on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Skyline 3-2.

Erie took Skyline into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-12, 23-25, 21-25, 15-9.

Erie has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Fairview, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Fairview might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Erie in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Knights, Avery Malek (who had 15 digs and five aces) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
