Basketball Game Preview: Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers vs. Timothy Christian Trojans

The Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers will face off against the Timothy Christian Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Joliet Catholic and six for Timothy Christian.

On Saturday, Joliet Catholic was beaten by Lincoln-Way West 83-49.

Meanwhile, Timothy Christian ended up a good deal behind Wheaton Academy last Friday and lost 59-42. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 469th, while the Warriors are ranked 114th).

Timothy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Joliet Catholic, they now have a losing record of 13-14.
