Baseball Recap: Profile Comes Up Short

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Profile was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They came up short against the Colebrook Academy Mohawks, falling 10-1. The Patriots have struggled against the Mohawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Profile saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tanner Schmarr, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Cam Venezia also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Profile's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Colebrook Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Profile will take on Littleton at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Colebrook Academy, they will face off against Lisbon at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
