Basketball Recap: Pawnee Comes Up Short

If Pawnee was riding high fresh off their 40-19 takedown of Yale on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pawnee Black Bears lost 48-22 to the Hennessey Eagles on Friday. The match marked the Black Bears' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Pawnee now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Hennessey, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Pawnee has already played their next contest, a 38-35 loss against Davenport on the 25th. As for Hennessey, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 50-20 win against Sperry on the 25th.
