Olentangy Liberty had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Lancaster Golden Gales by a score of 50-38 on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Claire Mikola continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7-for-17 on her way to 24 points and four steals. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024. Maria Stack was another key player, putting up seven points along with 14 rebounds and three steals.

Olentangy Liberty smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive board total in four consecutive matchups.

Olentangy Liberty pushed their record up to 17-5 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Lancaster, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Olentangy Liberty didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 50-43 victory against Newark on the 22nd. Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
