Football Recap: Grand Valley Takes a Loss

Grand Valley came into this matchup off a tough 36-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the St. John Fighting Herald by a score of 28-25 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Mustangs have suffered since September 6, 2024.

Grand Valley has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for St. John, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
